Meet the Board Members
Raisa Sinitsin
Raisa is a job developer and for the past 14 years has worked for the Syracuse School District. Raisa has her Associates degree in Humanities from Onondaga Community College which goes along with her passion to help people.
She also loves farming and gardening and adores her family, if you could describe Raisa in one sentence it would be she loves beauty and excellence.
Kristina Sinitsin
Kristina has worked as a Financial Advisor for Lexington Financial Group for 3 years. She earned her Associates degree at Onondaga Community College for Health Information Technology.
Kristina is passionate about art and the outdoors and she loves to be adventurous.
Jacqueline K. Davis, M.D.
Jacqueline is an Anesthesiologist with 20+ years of clinical experience. A Graduate of Dartmouth Medical School (Currently known as Geisel School of Medicine) she did her Residency- Case Western Reserve / University Hospitals of Cleveland / Cleveland Ohio, she is currently in a Private practice at Mohawk Valley Anesthesia at St . Luke's Hospital in New Hartford, New York.
Her passions include mission trips, serving her community, singing and going on exotic vacations. Jackie loves God and want to live a life that reflect His love for others.
Denise Greene
Denise Greene is recently retired and working full time with Changed By Christ. A wife, mother and grandmother of two granddaughters and several grand pups.
Denise Greene is the Director of Activ8ion Leadership for Activ8Her, a women's ministry that meets twice a month to develop and create leadership in women. Denise's passion is to encourage other women to see themselves the way God sees them.
She is active in her church in the outreach department and school of discipleship.

Colleen Manney
Colleen Manney is a Rehabilitation Practitioner dedicated to empowering individuals through skill building and practical application within the community. She provides hands-on guidance and assistance, helping others achieve their personal goals. Colleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community & Human Services and is certified as a CASAC-T, CRPA (OASAS Recovery Coach), and Peer Specialist (OMH).
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with God and her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking, horseback riding, and capturing photos of wildlife and animals.
Colleen is known for her passion, fun-loving spirit, and as an encouraging powerhouse for the Lord.
Megan Chase
I hold a Bachelors of Arts degree in English education with a minor in psychology, a Masters of Teaching degree in inclusive education, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in educational leadership from Le Moyne College. I am in my 10th year as a special education teacher. I currently teach a self-contained 12:1:1 class in Canastota. While I am not teaching, I love going on international mission trips.
Naydeen Charles
Naydeen has earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work at Syracuse University.
She has worked in the healthcare field as a social worker since 2012 at CNY hospitals conducting psychosocial assessments, completing home visits, providing support to workers who sustained a work injury, assisting caregivers in navigating the various systems and connecting them to programs and resources.
Naydeen enjoys reading, walking, watching uplifting movies, hanging out with friends/loved ones and helping others.
Our Story
Our journey began with Colleen, a remarkable individual who found herself lost in a dark path of addiction and despair. After years of struggle and failed attempts at finding help, Colleen experienced a life-altering encounter with God while incarcerated. This encounter marked the beginning of her transformation and set the course for the creation of Changed by Christ.
In prison, Colleen received a vision from God—a vision of a place called Camp Gabriel's. This place would be a sanctuary where people could find healing, restoration, and a deep connection with God. Colleen's newfound faith, and the vision she received, became the driving force behind her desire to help others break free from cycles of addiction and find their identity in Christ.
Upon her release, Colleen embarked on a journey of personal growth, becoming a recovery coach and dedicating herself to serving others. Along the way, she met Denise Greene, a kindred spirit who shared the same passion for helping those trapped in the grip of addiction. Together, they realized the urgent need for reentry services in their community. With the support of like-minded people, Changed by Christ was established as a nonprofit organization with a mission to provide comprehensive reentry services and support for individuals seeking a fresh start.
At Changed by Christ, we believe that true transformation comes through encountering the love and grace of Jesus Christ. Our programs and services are rooted in a holistic approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals in their journey towards recovery and reintegration. Through counseling, support groups, educational opportunities, and practical assistance, we aim to equip individuals with the tools they need to break free from the chains of addiction and lead fulfilling, purposeful lives.
We are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can experience the love of Christ and discover their true identity. Our vision is to see lives restored, families reunited, and communities transformed as individuals are empowered to live out their God-given potential.
